1. Who we are
SuperC-Leads is operated by Internal Intelligence (“we,” “us”). We provide a one-time-purchase lead system for contractors and trades. Contact for privacy requests should be sent through the channels listed on this site or your account agreement.
2. Data we collect
- Account & purchase data: name, email, company name, phone, trade/service areas, billing-related identifiers from Stripe.
- Lead data on your instance: information homeowners or prospects submit through your branded forms (e.g. name, phone, email, job details).
- Technical data: basic logs, device/browser metadata, and security-related signals needed to run and protect the service.
3. How we use data
- Provision and operate your owned SuperC-Leads instance
- Process payments and prevent fraud (via Stripe)
- Provide support, security, and optional maintenance updates you enroll in
- Improve reliability of scoring/routing features where you use them
We do not sell your pipeline data to competing contractors or lead mills.
4. Ownership of lead data
Lead and customer data collected through your branded instance is treated as your business data. You control that pipeline under your ownership license. Platform-level operators access systems only as needed for provisioning, security, support, or legal obligation.
5. Payments
Card payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers on our servers. See Stripe’s privacy materials for how they process payment data.
6. Processors & infrastructure
We use reputable infrastructure and service providers (for example hosting, database, email/SMS alerts, and payment processors) under contractual terms appropriate to the service. A current list can be provided on request for enterprise or compliance review.
7. Data protection rights
Where data-protection laws apply to you (including GDPR for individuals in the EEA/UK when those laws apply), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. We honor applicable rights. Requests can be made via the contact methods on this site; we may need to verify identity before fulfilling a request.
This statement describes our approach. It is not a certification badge or a claim of automatic compliance for every jurisdiction without configuration on your side (especially when you collect leads from multiple regions).
8. Retention
We retain account and operational data for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, and resolve disputes. Lead data on your instance follows your use of the system; you may request deletion subject to legal holds and technical feasibility.
9. Security
We use industry-standard measures appropriate to the nature of the service (access controls, encrypted transport, least-privilege operational access). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
10. Changes
We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Material changes may also be communicated through the product or email when appropriate.
11. Contact
Privacy questions: use Get started / contact or the support channel provided after purchase.
